第一步 · 准备环境：确认已安装 Git，终端执行 git --version 能显示版本号；这类 Skill 以克隆目录的方式安装。
第二步 · 按你使用的 Agent 选一条克隆命令：Claude Code 全局生效（推荐）：
git clone https://github.com/obra/superpowers ~/.claude/skills/superpowers
仅当前项目生效：
git clone https://github.com/obra/superpowers .claude/skills/superpowers
OpenClaw 生效：
git clone https://github.com/obra/superpowers ~/.openclaw/workspace/skills/superpowers
该 Skill 在仓库内的路径：skills/using-superpowers/SKILL.md，让 Agent 使用该子目录即可。
第三步 · 安装依赖（按需）：进入克隆目录，若含 requirements.txt 执行 pip3 install -r requirements.txt；若含 package.json 执行 npm install。
第四步 · 加载调用：重启或刷新 Agent 让它识别新 Skill，之后直接用自然语言描述需求即可自动调用。
第五步 · 卸载：直接删除对应的 skills 文件夹即可。
